RTI Request – Federal NHA Projects

The details of the RTI request are as follows:






National Highway Authority, NHA


1. Please share year wise number and names of projects planned, initiated and completed by NHA during 2006 – 2017, along with the following details

a. Total measurements of roads planned under these projects

b. Donor agencies or government/s departments that provided funding for these projects

c. Total estimated budget for the projects

d. Total budget released for the projects

e. Total budget spent on completed projects

f. Estimated duration for the completion of each project

g. Actual time taken for the completion of completed projects

2. Please provide maps of all new projects undertaken by NHA during 2006 – 2017

3. What was the total area of land acquired by NHA for each of the aforementioned projects?

4. What was the budget spent on land acquisition for these projects?

5. How many houses were demolished and how many people/families were relocated and compensated during the course of each project?

6. Please share the environmental impact assessment reports developed for each of the aforementioned projects

MMfD Comments:

The NHA provided an Excel sheet with a list of its projects. The list included project cost, funding source, project start and end years, and remarks about the status of the project. But the NHA did not respond to the remaining questions in the records request.
