We received a letter from the Public Information Officer dated 2 Feb 2018 in which the officer had informed the additional registrar of the university and the director human resource to provide the required information to the officer by 12 Feb so the officer could send it forward to us. We have not heard back since and have filed an internal review request with the head of the public body.
