PTA has developed an E-portal for Government Stakeholders to lodge complaints related to unlawful content including blasphemous. Furthermore, PTA has notified an email address firstname.lastname@example.org in all major newspapers where General Public can lodge complaints regarding blasphemous content on internet. PTA has also established a dedicated Web Cell to analyze the complaints and proceed accordingly.

A PTA official explained that by government stakeholders PTA means government ministries, departments and law-enforcement agencies. PTA never directly answered how its web cell analyzes the content or the criteria they use for its blocking decisions.
